At Prime Hardware & Tools, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Hand Tools Exchange Policy
We only accept exchange requests for products in our Hand Tools category.
If a customer wishes to exchange a hand tool due to an incorrect size, model, or variant selection, an exchange request may be made within 3 days of receiving the product, subject to stock availability.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers will be responsible for any shipping and delivery charges associated with the exchange.
Incorrect Product Delivered
If Prime Hardware & Tools delivers a product different from the one ordered, we will arrange for the return and replacement at no additional cost to the customer. All return shipping charges in such cases will be borne by Prime Hardware & Tools.
No General Refund Policy
Prime Hardware & Tools does not offer refunds for incorrect purchases, compatibility issues, or customer preference reasons.
Refunds are generally not available on any products sold through our store.
The only exceptions are situations where:
- An incorrect product was delivered and a replacement is unavailable.
Any approved refund will be processed within 2–3 working days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Any products outside the Hand Tools category for size/model exchange requests.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Return or exchange requests made after the 3-day period.
- Products returned without prior communication and approval.
- Used products that are no longer in their original condition.
