Refund policy

At Prime Hardware & Tools, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns for Defective or Faulty Products

Customers may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving the product if the item is found to be defective, faulty, damaged, or fails during normal intended use.

To process a return request, customers may be required to provide proof of the issue, including photographs or videos of the product.

Incorrect Product Delivered

If Prime Hardware & Tools delivers an incorrect product, we will arrange for the return and replacement at no additional cost to the customer. All return shipping charges in such cases will be borne by Prime Hardware & Tools.

Product Exchange Requests

If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different size, model, or item after purchase, an exchange may be arranged subject to product availability. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any shipping and delivery charges associated with the exchange.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.

  • Return requests made after the 3-day return period.

  • Products returned without prior communication and approval.
